Tutorials: ADM Description ADM stands for (A)dept (D)irect (M)ount All
RISTEC -071series products are designed to mount directly to any Adept
Technologies robot currently being sold or older models that have been in use
for years. We designed our products around the Adept design due to the fact that
Adept is still the most widely used robot in this country. A bonus is that
Nimbl robots use the same mounting flange as Adept robots, therefore all our
products will also directly mount to all Nimbl robots. At
the Robot Show in Detroit last spring Adept unveiled their new unified mounting
pattern, discarding their old “Adept one” style mount. RISTEC has the only
products on the market that mount directly to all of Adept’s new mounting
patterns as well as the old ones. This of course will make selling to Adept and
Nimbl customers a breeze. The
only thing required to mount RISTEC products to any Adept or Nimbl robot are the
MCC clamp collar kits.
