MFI Description

MFI stands for (M)ounting Adaptor Plates for (I)SO (F)lange Output Robots (really Flange, ISO) 

The MFI directory in the public area can take you to specific MFI datasheets.

ISO flange modules mount directly to standard ISO flanges on many popular robots. The flanges come in three sizes and allow mounting to 53 robots currently on the market as well as many older models already installed in end users facilities. The flanges have the standard RISTEC –071 mounting pattern which allows direct mounting of any RISTEC–071 series products. Hardware to mount to the robot is included.

Each of the MFI datasheets has a list of robots currently available to which the Mounting Module attaches. The RISTEC web site has an interactive mounting selector to determine the proper mounting for the robot in question. Just select the robots make and model and it will bring you to the correct module.
