"Off The Shelf" Delivery

• Product stocked locally at distributor

• Initial stock build up net90, net60 for restock

It is our intention to have the vast majority of our products available for immediate delivery to the customer from a local source. Due to the modularity of our products, we are able to have the basic components of our systems be stocked separately and then be easily configured by the customer or by the distributor to create a complete product or system. We intend to eventually advertise on our datasheets that specific (most) items are “in stock at your local distributor”.

As more system integrators are moving to “just in time” to hold down their carrying costs of the their system’s components, it is imperative that we be able to respond with products that can be shipped overnight, assembled in a day, and be ready to ship as part of a system to their customers almost immediately.

As far as end users are concerned, local stocking distribution allows them to reduce their inventory cost by utilizing the distributor’s stock for spares and repairs. Local distribution also allows the possibility of “same day delivery” for emergencies.

We are so committed to having our products be “off the shelf” that we are offering terms of net90 for the initial stock build up at the distributor and net60 for all other restocking orders to follow.
