Returns
Warranty Returns
- All warranty returns require an RA (return authorization)
number.
- We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
- Warranty period extends 1 year from invoice/ shipment date.
- Extended warranty is available for a nominal charge, please contact our sales
department.

Restock Returns
- All returns requires an RA (return authorization) number.
- Restocking charge is 25% of purchase price.
- Packaging must be suitable to protect against damage in shipment.
- Customer is advised to insure returned items and is fully responsible for their as
received condition.
- Cost of shipping and insurance is not covered by RISTEC
- No returns accepted for custom (special) products.
- Original invoice
- Returns are not accepted after 90 days from invoice date
- Serialization
Repair Returns
- Repairs require an RA number which can be received on line or via fax or phone.
- Items received without an RA number will not be processed until disposition is
established.
- Repair cost estimate quote will be sent to the customer. A PO for the repair required
prior to commencement of repair.
