Delivery Options

• Standard delivery is listed on the product delivery schedule.
• Expedited/ overnight delivery available for order placed by 6 PM Pacific Time.
• Urgent/same day delivery expedite charge of $50 applies per shipment.

Charges

• Handling charge of $5 per shipment.
• Shipping charges are based upon carrier & method.
• Insurance will be added to all orders based on the sales price value of the shipment.

Customer Shipping Account

• Customer shipping account can be used for shipping and insurance but will still be charged our standard handling charge.

Preferred Carriers

• UPS will be used unless the customer specifies another carrier.

Customer Designated Carriers

• Customer specified carrier other than our standard carrier will be charged an additional $10 per shipment.

Export

• Export charge of $25 per shipment on all orders shipped out side the United States.
• Tariffs and duties to be paid by the customer through the shipping export broker.

Partial Shipments

• Orders will be shipped partial to meet due date if entire order isn’t ready to ship.
• Specify "do not ship partial" if partial shipment is unacceptable.
